Beginning in March, Village Green Lawn and Pest will no longer leave printed invoices at your door after service visits.
That’s the only change.
You will continue receiving your service summary and invoice by email after each visit, just as you have been.
What’s Changing
- Printed invoices will no longer be left at your home
- All invoices will be delivered digitally (you’ll find a link to ‘view invoice’ in your service summary report email and you can always view on our customer portal)
What’s Staying the Same
• Your service schedule
• Technician visit summaries (this has a link to ‘view invoice’ to the right of the treatment performed
• All payment options
• The ability to call or text us anytime
Most customers are already receiving invoices by email, so this simply removes the paper copy from the process.
Why the Update?
We’re making this change to simplify billing and improve how we manage service communication. Removing printed invoices helps us reduce delays, prevent weather-damaged paperwork, and keep everything organized in one place for you.
Our goal is always to make working with Village Green straightforward and reliable.
