In today’s video, we want to tell you about spurge, a fast-growing weed we see in late summer here in North Texas. Spurge tends to pop up after summer rain when we also have high temperatures and humidity. Spurge is a tough weed because it grows low to the ground and spreads fast! If you are not on top of it, it can spread through your lawn before you realize you have a severe problem.
The good news is that it is not that difficult of a weed to treat. You can get rid of it pretty quickly, with your most significant challenge being you can’t prevent it, only treat it once it has come up on your lawn.
