You don’t have to use a ton of annuals in your beds to get great bang for your buck. Our Plano landscape is using annuals grouped where we want to call the most attention – the entrance. Putting annuals in long thin strips along the border of your beds is more expensive and is much less effective.
We also have used perennials such as the carpet rose toward the front and the knock out roses in the back to add extra color and texture.
